Sometimes you just need to get out. Get away from it all.

You need to rewind about ten years. Pretend you don’t have kids.

Get on a train and fly through a dark tunnel, in a semi-drunken stupor, stuffed incomprehensibly full of good food.

Spend time with the people who knew you then. .

Every parent should do this every once in a while.

Stay out really late.

Be loud. Be inappropriate.

That hasn’t changed in ten years.

Thanks for going into the city with me, guys.

I think the only difference between now and 10 years ago, is the quality of the booze and food. Obviously I am just as inappropriate as ever, maybe worse. Am I old enough to blame it on being old and crotchety yet? 🙂

You are not old enough, but that doesn’t stop me! 😉

Thanks, I was trying to be all stealth-like. (And proably not succeeding.)

I was seriously just thinking that other day, “You know what? I don’t flip the bird often enough anymore.”

THAT was the picture that spoke to me.

I wonder how grumpy and crotchety I will be when I am old enough then.

Also, I guess I have been single Handedly(or double handedly, teehee) keeping the flipping the bird alive. I do it lots, usually for the hell of it.
